- Carry out site inspections and audits and agree corrective actions with supervisors.
- Facilitate risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and permit-to-work reviews.
- Investigate incidents and near misses and write findings with practical recommendations.
- Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and refresher training to crews and contractors.
- Track environmental monitoring, waste, spill, and emissions records against permit conditions.
- Prepare statutory reports and compile performance data for management review.
