Features
Everything Novus Learn does, and where to start.
The full capability set: source-grounded study, assessments, careers, puzzles, coding, languages, and on-device tooling — each linked to the live section that owns it.
Applies to Novus Learn 0.1.0
Study any source
Copy linkSearch Wikimedia, pin a revision, and Novus Learn turns it into stable sections, source blocks, direct claims, labelled relationships, and coverage metrics. Nothing is generated: every claim is a real sentence from the source, one click from the paragraph it came from.
The same pipeline runs over what you bring. Upload text, Markdown, EPUB, PDF, Word, PowerPoint, or a transcript and it is parsed in the browser — the file never leaves the device.
Turn a source into study material
Copy link- Quick-read summaries and full study-notes breakdowns, both extractive.
- Flashcards and safe quizzes generated only from supported claims.
- Guided lessons that walk a topic section by section.
- An accessible, connected Knowledge Canvas of concepts and labelled relationships.
- A validated visual engine with a source-grounded water-cycle benchmark.
- Downloadable, fully-referenced source lists for citing your work.
- Accountless share links that carry the artifact itself, with server-rendered preview pages.
Assessment preparation
Copy link376 published practice suites span 24 sectors and are mapped to 35 shared aptitude constructs, so a suite, a skill page, and a sector page all describe the same underlying model rather than three unrelated taxonomies. Answer keys are server-side and never reach the browser.
- 376 practice suites with study outlines and exportable summaries.
- 35 aptitude constructs, each with its own skill page and lesson.
- 24 sectors grouping the catalog by field of work.
- 9 authored Novus Reasoning Challenge forms.
- 12 Practice Lab modules for untimed, explained practice.
- 22 Cognitive Skills Lab pages across 12 categories.
Career discovery
Copy link565 occupation profiles across 20 career families, each with day-to-day duties, entry routes, work contexts, interest tags, mapped aptitude constructs, and links to official sources. The Career Matcher scores your questionnaire in the browser with a deterministic, versioned engine and stores the result on the device.
Puzzles, code, and languages
Copy link- 200 puzzles across 8 categories, on a published 1→5 difficulty ladder.
- A QuickJS WebAssembly sandbox that runs snippets with no network and no DOM access.
- 6 programming language paths, with 77 authored course lessons.
- A free Wiktionary dictionary with define-on-tap inside learning sections.
- On-device speech-to-text for video and audio, using a self-hosted model in a same-origin worker.
Take the work with you
Copy linkEvery substantial surface exports. Practice packs, study outlines, result summaries, progress histories, source lists, and career results come out as a real paginated PDF, a spreadsheet you can filter, printable HTML that works offline, plain text for notes apps and screen readers, JSON, or an archive of the set — assembled in your browser from data already on the device, with a check that keeps private project and attempt addresses out of the file.
Two sibling Novus tools pick up where a download ends, and they follow the same rule this site does: the file stays on your machine. Novus PDF Studio merges several study guides into one revision booklet, pulls out the pages you need, or password-protects a file before you send it. Novus Convert turns an export into whatever your notes app, printer, or school portal actually accepts.
One of nine Novus sites
Copy linkNovus Learn is part of the Novus Stream Solutions toolkit. The others are free, accountless, and browser-based for the same reason this one is — a file you care about should not have to be uploaded to be useful. The tool map lists all of them with what each one is for.
What you will not find
Copy link- No account, no sign-in, and no identity provider anywhere in this build.
- No language model writing answers — extraction only, so there is nothing to hallucinate.
- No upload of your files: parsing happens in the browser under a same-origin CSP.
- No cross-device sync yet; saved topics and progress live in this browser.
