Using the service

You may use Novus Learn to search public sources, study the material it produces, practise with the assessment and puzzle content, work through the coding courses, explore careers, and keep all of it on your own device. You must not use the service to disrupt infrastructure, bypass limits, introduce malware, violate law, or infringe the rights of others.

There is no account, so there is nothing to register, share, or transfer. Access is free. Rate limits protect the service and the public sources it depends on; working around them, or driving the fetching tools at a third party, is a misuse of the service.

Material you bring

Several tools work on material you supply: a web page or site you point at, a research article, a video, or a file you upload. You are responsible for having the right to use that material, and for keeping to the licence of anything you then reuse. Uploads and transcription happen in your browser, so we never receive your files; when you give us a URL, we fetch that address once in order to read it.

Private, internal, and login-only addresses are refused rather than fetched. Attempting to use the fetching tools to reach a network you do not control, to scrape at volume, or to disguise the origin of a request is prohibited.

Practice, assessment, and career results are educational

Aptitude suites, the Cognitive Skills Lab, the Reasoning Challenge, and the puzzle catalogue are Novus's own educational preparation material. They are not official examinations, they are not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam owner, and no live or leaked exam content is used. A result is feedback on the questions you answered here; it does not predict an official outcome, it is not a certification, and the Reasoning Challenge score is deliberately never converted to an IQ.

Career Discovery is an exploration tool. Matches, occupation profiles, and labour-market figures are drawn from public sources and are provided for orientation, not as professional careers, immigration, or employment advice, and never as a hiring or selection decision about any person.

Downloads, exports, and answer keys

Exports — PDF, spreadsheet, printable HTML, plain text, JSON, and archives — are provided so you can study offline, print, and keep your own records. They are generated on your device from material already there. You may use them for your own study or teaching; you may not resell them, present them as an official test, or redistribute the question banks as a product.

When Marketing is allowed, an eligible export or print gesture may open at most one separate Adsterra sponsor tab with a clear disclosure. The requested file or print action still completes if the sponsor tab is blocked, Marketing is off, or Global Privacy Control is active.

Answer keys are supplied with study material where that is the point of the download. Keys for formal practice attempts are held server-side and released with your result, so an attempt stays worth taking; extracting them in bulk, or automating attempts to do so, is prohibited.

Sources and accuracy

Novus Learn retrieves third-party public information. Source pages can contain errors, omissions, bias, or later changes. Revision IDs and source links are provided so you can verify material. The service is educational software, not professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.

Nothing here is written by a language model. Generated claims quote the source's own sentences and derived connections are labelled as derived — which means the material is only as accurate as the source, and checking the source is part of using the product as intended.

Intellectual property

Novus Learn branding and application code are distinct from third-party content. Wikipedia, Wikidata, and Commons material remains subject to the licence and attribution shown by the relevant source. You are responsible for following those terms when reusing content.

Availability, your data, and changes

The service may change as production phases are completed. Features are offered without a promise of uninterrupted availability. We may restrict abusive traffic to protect the service and its public upstreams.

Because everything you make is stored in your browser, it is yours to keep and yours to lose: clearing site data, using a private window, or switching browsers or devices removes it, and we hold no copy to restore. Export anything you want to keep. Material rendered offline through the installed app continues to work without a connection.

Liability and governing terms

Novus Learn is operated by Novus Stream Solutions, a sole proprietorship trading as Novus Stream Solutions of London, Ontario, Canada. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. The service is provided as is and as available, without a warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, and to the fullest extent permitted by law Novus Stream Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this free service. Nothing here limits rights that applicable consumer law does not allow to be limited. Questions about these terms go to learn@novusstreamsolutions.com or through the contact page.
