Rules for using the current Novus Learn application.
Using the service
You may use Novus Learn to search public Wikimedia sources and keep local shortcuts on your device. You must not use the service to disrupt infrastructure, bypass limits, introduce malware, violate law, or infringe the rights of others.
Sources and accuracy
Novus Learn retrieves third-party public information. Source pages can contain errors, omissions, bias, or later changes. Revision IDs and source links are provided so you can verify material. The service is educational software, not professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.
Intellectual property
Novus Learn branding and application code are distinct from third-party content. Wikipedia, Wikidata, and Commons material remains subject to the licence and attribution shown by the relevant source. You are responsible for following those terms when reusing content.
Availability and changes
The service may change as production phases are completed. Features are offered without a promise of uninterrupted availability. We may restrict abusive traffic to protect the service and Wikimedia upstreams.
Liability and governing terms
Final warranty exclusions, liability limits, governing law, dispute terms, operator identity, and contact details require legal review for the jurisdictions where Novus Learn will launch. Until that review is complete, this page should not be treated as final legal advice or a complete commercial agreement.
