Open-source and third-party licences

The Novus Learn application is proprietary software, copyright Novus Stream Solutions, all rights reserved. It is not open source, and publishing the compiled application on the web grants no licence to copy, modify, redistribute, or host the source. The full terms are in the LICENSE file at the root of the repository, and licensing enquiries go to learn@novusstreamsolutions.com.

This is separate from everything below: the dependencies keep their own licences, and the source material keeps its contributors' terms.

Novus Learn uses Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Zod, Cheerio, idb, Vitest, Testing Library, Playwright, and Prettier. Exact installed versions are recorded in package-lock.json. Each package remains governed by the licence in its distribution.

Wikipedia article text, Wikidata structured data, and Wikimedia Commons files have separate terms. Novus Learn links the article revision, entity page, and each file description page so current attribution and licence details remain available.

The Novus Learn connected-node mark and wordmark are original product identity assets for Novus Stream Solutions. Their presence in the public web bundle does not grant a general trademark licence.
