Occupation
Home inspector
Home inspectors examine the condition of an existing house for a buyer, seller, or owner and report what they found and what it may mean. They look at structure, roof, envelope, plumbing, electrical, heating, and drainage using visual inspection and hand tools, without opening up finishes. The report has to be clear about what was not accessible and what falls outside the inspection.
