- Federate discipline models and run clash-detection checks between architecture, structure, and services.
- Log clashes and model issues, assign them to the responsible team, and track them to resolution.
- Enforce naming, classification, and level-of-information standards set out in the project's BIM protocol.
- Administer the common data environment, including model uploads, permissions, and revision control.
- Extract quantities, schedules, and drawing sets from the model for costing and construction teams.
- Train and support designers and site staff who need to author or read the model.
