Occupation

Construction planner and scheduler

Construction planners build and maintain the programme that says what happens in what order and how long it takes, then track actual progress against it. They model logic links, resources, and float, and analyse the effect of delays and changes. The work supports both delivery decisions and contractual claims about who caused a slip.
