What the work involves
- Build the construction programme in scheduling software from the scope, method statement, and drawings.
- Set activity logic, durations, resources, and constraints with input from the delivery team.
- Collect progress data from site each period and update the programme's actual and remaining work.
- Run critical-path and float analysis and flag activities that threaten key dates.
- Model the schedule impact of changes, delays, and proposed acceleration or resequencing.
- Produce look-ahead programmes and progress reports for the site team and the client.
