- Walk the site and audit work areas, access, plant, and permits against the safety plan.
- Review method statements and risk assessments for high-risk activities before they start.
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher training for workers and visitors.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, record findings, and follow up corrective actions.
- Monitor exposure controls for hazards such as dust, noise, confined spaces, and working at height.
- Prepare safety statistics and reports for site management, the client, and regulators.
