- Write job adverts and agree the selection criteria with the hiring manager
- Search databases, professional networks, and referrals to build a candidate pipeline
- Screen applications and run first-stage interviews against defined criteria
- Coordinate interview stages, feedback, and offers between candidates and managers
- Keep applicant tracking records accurate and handle candidate data appropriately
- Advise hiring managers when a brief is not attracting suitable applicants
