What the work involves
- Take guest requests in person, by phone, and by message, and confirm what is actually needed.
- Book restaurants, taxis, transfers, tours, and tickets, then confirm details back to the guest.
- Give directions and route advice for walking, transit, and driving around the area.
- Keep local venue, supplier, and transport contacts current and note what worked.
- Coordinate deliveries, luggage, and special requests with front desk and porters.
- Pass unresolved requests and guest preferences to the next shift.
