Sustainability coordinators help an organisation measure and reduce its environmental impact and report on it credibly. The work is largely coordination and analysis: pulling energy, waste, water, and supply-chain data together, running improvement projects, and preparing disclosures. Progress depends on persuading operational teams who do not report to you.
