What the work involves
- Write control plans, inspection instructions, and acceptance criteria for parts and processes.
- Analyse measurement and process data to see whether a process is capable and in control.
- Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints and drive root-cause analysis.
- Audit internal processes and supplier sites against the quality management system.
- Verify gauge and measurement system suitability before relying on the data.
- Maintain corrective action records, quality documentation, and change approvals.
