What the work involves
- Draw schematics, single-line diagrams, and panel layouts, and mark up revisions.
- Size conductors, protective devices, transformers, and enclosures against applicable codes and standards.
- Specify motors, drives, sensors, and control gear, and review supplier submittals.
- Test and commission assemblies on the bench or on site, recording measured results.
- Investigate electrical faults, nuisance trips, and interference, and propose corrective designs.
- Prepare technical documentation, wiring schedules, and handover packages.
