What the work involves
- Assemble, align, and commission automated machinery and test rigs.
- Wire and terminate sensors, actuators, drives, and control panels.
- Load, edit, and test PLC or motion control programs against the machine sequence.
- Trace faults across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control layers.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and calibration on automated equipment.
- Update machine drawings, program backups, and maintenance records.
