Map current-state processes, take cycle-time observations, and identify constraints.
Model layouts, staffing patterns, and line balancing options and compare the trade-offs.
Analyse operational data to locate scrap, rework, downtime, or handling waste.
Run improvement workshops with operators, supervisors, and maintenance staff.
Design workstations, material presentation, and standard work with ergonomics in mind.
Track whether implemented changes held, and adjust the standard when they did not.
