- Set and adjust climate, irrigation, and fertigation targets on the greenhouse control system.
- Walk the crop to assess growth stage, fruit set, root health, and pest pressure.
- Manage biological and chemical pest control programmes and record every application.
- Direct planting, training, pruning, and picking teams to hit the production plan.
- Check nutrient solution readings and irrigation drain rates and correct drift.
- Log crop registration data and review it against the target production curve.
