- Interview clients to understand skills, work history, goals, and barriers to employment
- Build action plans covering job search, training, and any supports the client needs
- Review and coach résumés, applications, and interview technique
- Explain programme eligibility and refer clients to training, funding, or partner services
- Contact employers to develop placements and follow up after a client starts work
- Record case activity and outcomes in the programme's reporting system
