Choosing a Career Matcher questionnaire
Quick Discovery, the Full Career Profile and the Career Change extension: what each asks and how long it takes.

Three modes, one engine
Copy linkAll three questionnaires feed the same deterministic scoring engine and produce the same kind of explained result. They differ in how much signal you give it. Every mode saves progress to this device as you go, so you can stop and resume without losing answers.
Quick Discovery
Copy linkSixty prompts, roughly eight to twelve minutes. It draws an evenly distributed subset from the full questionnaire so that all six sections are represented: interests, work values, preferred activities, work environment, self-reported skill confidence, and learning goals. It is the right first pass if you have no idea where to start.
The Full Career Profile
Copy linkOne hundred questions across the same six sections, plus optional practical constraints, in roughly eighteen to twenty-five minutes. More answers per section make the explanation behind each placement more specific: the result can say which sections pulled a family toward you and which pushed it away, rather than reporting a bare number.
Career Change
Copy linkThe complete full profile followed by transition prompts: transferable skills, tasks you want to keep or leave behind, how much retraining you would accept, and how urgent the move is. Those priorities become part of the explanation, so a suggested family shows how it relates to what you would carry over rather than only to what interests you.
What none of them do
Copy link- They never send your answers anywhere. Scoring runs in this browser.
- They never read a Reasoning Challenge or aptitude result. Those inputs are stripped before matching runs.
- They do not predict employment success or decide what you should do.
