Changing careers is a different question from choosing a first one: you already have skills worth carrying, tasks you know you never want again, and real limits on how much retraining is possible. This mode runs the complete Full Career Profile — all six sections, from interests through goals — and then adds career-change prompts covering your transferable skills, the tasks you want to keep or leave behind, how much retraining you would accept, and how urgent the move is. Those transition priorities become part of your explainable results, so a suggested family shows not just why it fits your interests but how it relates to what you would carry over. Like every matcher mode, it is device-local: answers and results stay in your browser, sessions resume on this device, and nothing about your current or hoped-for career is sent anywhere. Results remain exploration aids — they cannot decide whether a move is right, but they can make the options and trade-offs concrete.
