Occupation
Warehouse supervisor
Warehouse supervisors run a shift or a zone of a distribution site, allocating people to tasks and keeping inbound and outbound flows moving. They sit between frontline associates and site management, so the job mixes hands-on problem solving with people management, safety enforcement, and reporting. Most of the day is spent on the floor rather than at a desk.
