Occupation
Delivery driver
Delivery drivers run local routes with many stops, moving parcels, food, or trade supplies from a depot or store to customers. The work combines driving with repeated loading, lifting, and doorstep contact, and is tracked closely through handheld scanning devices. Most drivers return to the same depot at the end of a shift rather than staying away overnight.
