- Work with program staff to turn a requirement into a clear, evaluable specification.
- Prepare and publish tender documents, evaluation criteria, and timelines.
- Answer supplier questions during the bidding period and publish the responses.
- Coordinate evaluation panels and record scores and the reasons behind them.
- Prepare award recommendations and issue notices to successful and unsuccessful bidders.
- Maintain the procurement file so it withstands audit or a challenge from a bidder.
