Build a roadmap you will actually follow
Turn a match into dated milestones, and keep the run history that produced it.

1. Start from a family, not a job title
Copy linkA roadmap milestone is attached to a career family, which is deliberately broader than one job. Planning at the family level survives changing your mind about the specific role, which almost everybody does.
2. Add three milestones, not thirty
Copy linkEach milestone takes a family, a title and a target date. Three real ones you can name a first step for beat a long list assembled in one sitting. You can add more once the first is done.
3. Attach something you can practise
Copy linkMost families map to aptitude constructs with a full skill lesson and an open practice bank behind them. Making one milestone a concrete piece of practice rather than an intention is what turns a roadmap into work.
4. Keep the run that produced it
Copy linkYour questionnaire runs are kept as a dated history, labelled with the instrument and scoring version. When you rerun the profile in six months, that label is what tells you whether the two results are comparable.
5. Remember where it lives
Copy linkMilestones are stored in this browser and nowhere else. The roadmap exports as a calendar file, which is the version that will still exist if this browser is cleared.
