Find a career direction
Run the Matcher, read past the ranking, and turn a shortlist into something you can act on.

1. Choose the right questionnaire
Copy linkTake Quick if you want a first sense of direction in a few minutes. Take Full if you want the answer to be specific. Take Career change if you are already working and the real question is what to keep and what to leave.
2. Read the reasons, not the ranking
Copy linkThe result breaks down what contributed to each match. That is the part worth reading — a family that ranked third for a reason you agree with is a better lead than one that ranked first for a reason you do not. Nothing was sent anywhere to produce it; the scoring ran on your device.
3. Open two or three profiles properly
Copy linkRead the day-to-day duties, the entry routes, and the work context before anything else. Follow the official-source links. A job title tells you almost nothing; the duties and the entry route tell you whether it is actually available to you.
4. Compare, save, and plan
Copy linkPut two occupations side by side, save the ones worth returning to, and build a roadmap of the learning and exploration steps between here and there. All of it stays in this browser, so export the roadmap if you want it anywhere else.
5. Turn it into study
Copy linkEach profile lists the aptitude constructs the work draws on. Study one of those lessons — not because a score predicts suitability, but because it is the skill the job actually uses.
