Create an account
An account carries your study state between devices. It is not required to use anything here, it does not remove advertising, and you can delete it and everything stored with it at any time.
What an account stores
- Your name, email address, and (with Google) your profile picture.
- The study preferences you set on your account page.
- A single backup copy of your study state, written only when you press Back up now, and only while sync is switched on.
Your uploads, transcriptions, generated projects and exports are never sent to the server. They stay in this browser, with or without an account.
