Form structure and timing

NRC-Q1 is Quick Challenge Form 1: 18 original multiple-choice questions with a single timed deadline of about 12 minutes — roughly 40 seconds per question if you pace evenly, though you can spend the time however you like, mark questions for review, and return to them before submitting. The shortest of the three families — a compact mixed set that touches every question domain once or twice. A good first form if you have never tried the challenge. Parallel forms NRC-Q2 and NRC-Q3 follow the same blueprint with entirely different questions — no scored item is shared between forms, so they work as genuine fresh attempts.

What the questions exercise

  • Pattern: continuing a sequence by finding the rule that generates it.
  • Logic: conclusions that must follow from short written premises.
  • Spatial: rotating, folding, and tracking shapes in your head.
  • Quantitative: number relationships and short arithmetic reasoning.

Every item was written by hand for this form. Your result is a Novus Reasoning Score — correct answers as a count and percentage — scored on the server against keys that never reach your browser, then stored privately on this device.
