Why country context exists at all

Career exploration that ignores that produces advice which is quietly wrong in most of the world. The country pages collect that context so the rest of the career material does not have to pretend borders are irrelevant.

What a country page says, and how
Copy linkEach page covers the education system and the occupational-licensing landscape as short sourced summaries. Every factual statement carries its source name, the geography it applies to, the reporting period, and a last-verified date, so a claim that has aged is visible rather than silent.
Why wages are a link, not a number
Copy linkFor wages and employment outlook the pages link out to the official statistical body rather than quoting a figure. A wage number copied into a page is stale the day the source updates, and nobody can tell by looking. Novus Learn does not estimate or invent wages, medians, shortages or outlooks, and none of this labour context is ever mixed into a Career Matcher score.
