Ask this topic and run commands
Ask questions in your own words and run natural-language commands — all answered only from the source, with no AI generation.
How answers are built
The Ask tab does not write answers. It parses your question, then retrieves, ranks, and selects the source's own sentences that best match — the same discipline used to validate every study set. Each sentence links to its exact evidence, and nothing is generated, paraphrased, or invented.
What you can ask
- Definitions: “what is X?”
- Facts: who, when, where, why, and how questions.
- Comparisons: “compare X and Y” renders a side-by-side and, where the source supports it, a comparison visual.
- Summaries: “summarise this topic”.
Commands
The same box runs actions the app can already perform — it never invents one. Try “download the flashcards”, “download the references”, “open the quiz”, or “make it shorter”. Downloads reuse the exact files each section produces; open commands jump to that section.
When there is no answer
If the source does not clearly support a confident answer, Ask says so and points you to the Sources tab instead of guessing.
