- Assess a client's situation against the programs they may qualify for
- Explain what evidence an application needs and what it cannot establish
- Prepare and submit forms and supporting documents to the immigration authority
- Track processing status and answer requests for further information
- Prepare clients for interviews and biometrics appointments
- Keep client records, agreements, and disclosures as the regulator requires
